Three bank robberies over a two-day period are now under investigation. The latest happened just before 12:30 yesterday afternoon at a bank in the 25-hundred block of South Maryland Parkway. The suspect, described as a bald African-American man in his early 30′s, gave the teller a note demanding cash. Two other heists took place Wednesday, one on West Russell Road and another on West Twain Avenue. None of the banks have been identified by police.
