(Carson City, NV)  —  A federal appeals court has upheld Nevada’s right to ban sexually explicit material for prison inmates.  The “Las Vegas Sun” says the Ninth Circuit Court has turned down the petition of Jeremy Crozier, who is serving a life prison term for the 2003 murder of a Las Vegas woman.  Crozier claimed the porn ban violated his First Amendment rights.  A federal judge
dismissed Crozier’s suit, and the appeals court upheld the ruling.
