(Las Vegas, NV)  –  The Plaza Hotel will hire 800 employees for its grand reopening this September.  The downtown Vegas property, which closed last September for a $35-million renovation, plans to hold a job fair starting Monday at its sister Las Vegas Club. 

The hotel is looking for entry and management-level jobs in the casino, hotel, restaurant and marketing departments.  About 300 former Plaza employees will be rehired.
