Three Nevada Republicans who want to fill Dean Heller’s open seat in the U.S. House are gearing up for a debate in Reno tonight. State Sen. Greg Brower, former GOP chairman Mark Amodei and retired Navy Cmdr. Kirk Lippold want to replace Heller, who was named to fill John Ensign’s unexpired Senate term. The state GOP meets Saturday to pick the nominee. But a pending lawsuit argues anyone who wants to run should get a chance in September.
