(Las Vegas, NV)  — Clark County’s phone application that allows residents to report graffiti and other blight is expanding.  The app, which was launched for iPhones last year, is now available for users of smartphones with the Android platform.

It allows residents to point, click and send photos of tagging, illegal dumping and other issues to the county.  During the past year, nearly one-thousand iPhone users have downloaded the free app.
