A new report by a transportation reform group says Las Vegas is one of the worst cities for pedestrians. According to “Transportation for America,” Vegas had an average of two-point-nine pedestrian deaths per 100-thousand people between 2000 and 2009, well above the national average. Sin City ranked sixth for pedestrian danger overall. Four Florida cities–Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and Miami–topped the list, with Riverside, California in fifth place. Boston was named the safest city for those who walk.
