(Las Vegas, NV)  —  A former Vegas Strip valet who claimed a slot machine wasn’t working right has emerged victorious.

The “Las Vegas Sun” says in 2008, Imperial Palace employee Chad Johnson lost $50 on a Monopoly slot machine, and complained about it.  A fight broke out between Johnson and security guards, and he sued the hotel.

State gaming regulators found the slot machine was defective, and Johnson got back his 50 dollars.  What’s more, a jury awarded Johnson $250,000 in his lawsuit.

Both sides have reached a confidential settlement.

    Wow I bet that hurt! Casinos hate to loose money like this even when the machines cheat people. LOL
