LAS VEGAS – Metro police have cracked a year and a half old murder case.
Eighty-year-old Bobby Warren was arrested Monday morning on murder charges. He’s accused of beating 74-year-old Constance Weisner to death in January of 2010.
Her body was found inside her apartment on Eastern Avenue near Washington Boulevard, covered with blankets, towels, and a plastic curtain.
In a police interview, Warren told detectives he and his wife were Weisner’s caregivers, which is why his DNA would be in the apartment. He denied having anything to do with her murder.
Warren will be in court on Wednesday.
