Who Should Fill Heller’s Congressional Seat?
(Carson City, NV) — If Congressman Dean Heller is chosen to fill John Ensign’s U.S. Senate seat, Lieutenant Governor Brian Krolicki is the favorite for a special election. The “Review-Journal” says a poll of the state’s Republican central committee gives Krolicki 44 percent support, versus 27-percent for Nevada GOP Chairman Mark Amodei. Former Senate candidate Sharron Angle was third with eleven-percent. Governor Brian Sandoval says he’ll choose Ensign’s replacement by this Friday.
