Metro Police are still investigating the department’s latest officer-involved shooting. It happened last night on Flamingo Road near Swenson. Authorities say two officers tried to stop a speeding car by clipping it. The chase ended at a convenience store when the driver fired at the officers. One of the officers fired back and shot the driver. He later died at Sunrise Hospital. The officers are on paid administrative leave.
