Police Seek Help In Unsolved Death

Metro Police are asking the public’s help to solve the death of a man who got into a fight outside a local bank. The incident happened back on March 4th outside the Wells Fargo at 791 North Nellis, near Washington. Police say a 51-year-old Hispanic man got into an altercation with at least one other person and was injured, but left the scene before officers arrived. He went to the hospital later that day with serious blunt force trauma injuries, and eventually died nearly two weeks later. In particular, police are looking for two persons of interest who were seen in the area around the time of the incident. One is described as a Hispanic man, about 40 years old, 5’3″ to 5’6″ with a stocky build. The other is described only as a Hispanic man who was with two Chihuahua dogs. Anyone with info is asked to call Metro or Crime Stoppers at 385-5555.
