(Las Vegas, NV)  —  The man charged with killing and dismembering a Vegas Strip dancer won’t face the death penalty.  A district attorney panel decided not to seek capital punishment for 32-year-old Jason Griffith.  He’s accused in the December slaying of Debora Flores Narvaez, a performer in the “Fantasy” show at the Luxor hotel.  Griffith’s trial is set for November.

KXNT spoke to Celeste Flores-Narvaez this morning. In her first broadcast interview since learning the news, she choked back the emotion.
