Nevada Foreclosures Fall In February

Nevada still leads the nation in foreclosure rates, but the number actually fell in February.  The online site RealtyTrac says more than 95-hundred homes in Nevada had a foreclosure filing last month, but that’s down 22-percent from January.  It’s the 50th straight month Nevada has led in foreclosure rates.  Arizona and California followed, with Utah and Idaho rounding out the top five.  Among metropolitan areas, Las Vegas ranked first in foreclosure rates, with Reno in ninth place.
