A preliminary hearing for the man accused of robbing the Bellagio hotel has been delayed. An attorney for Anthony Carleo asked Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman for more time to review inconsistent witness statements from a police detective and a local doctor. Zimmerman agreed and rescheduled the hearing for March 25th. Carleo is accused of robbing one-point-five-million-dollars in casino chips from the Bellagio at gunpoint, and fleeing the resort on a motorcycle. The 29-year-old Carleo was arrested last month after police say he boasted about the heist. Authorities say Carleo gambled away 300-thousand-dollars.
