Murdered Cab Driver Identified

A cabdriver who was shot and killed Friday was identified this morning. Tesfaye Arze, 30, from Las Vegas, died from a gunshot wound to the head, according to the Clark County coroner’s office. The shooting happened about 3:30 a.m. Friday near Mount Hood Street and Carey Avenue. According to the “Review Journal”, Las Vegas police released images captured by the car’s camera of a young man and woman in the back seat of the vehicle right before the driver was shot. Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying the two people, who were described as “persons of interest.”
