GEORGE NOORY IN LAS VEGAS: Get tickets now -- be there June 9!

Governor Brian Sandoval is ordering flags at the state Capitol to half staff in remembrance of Spc. Brian Tabada of Las Vegas, a soldier who died on February 27th in Afghanistan.

“Spc. Brian Tabada of Las Vegas, Nevada served his state and country honorably in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan while fighting with the 1st Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division and made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of freedom on behalf of the people of this State on a battlefield in Afghanistan,” Governor Sandoval said.  “I believe it is right to honor his life, service and his sacrifice.”

Flags will remain at half-staff until sunset tomorrow, Wednesday, March 2, 2011.
