MMA Fighter Agress To Plea Deal
LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Las Vegas judge set an April 14 date for a plea deal involving a mixed martial arts fighter accused of sexually assaulting a woman at his Las Vegas home almost a year ago. The Las Vegas Sun reports that Michael Whitehead appeared Monday with his lawyer, Keith Brower, to ask Justice of the Peace Janiece Marshall for more time to finalize an agreement with prosecutors. Terms of the deal weren’t made public.
