An attorney for one of the nurses charged in the hepatitis C outbreak wants a delay in the upcoming trial.  The “Review-Journal” says District Judge Donald Mosley accused Michael Cristalli of trying to “manufacture” a delay, but Cristalli claims he still going through evidence.  Keith Mathahs and another nurse are charged in the 2007 outbreak at a local clinic that left seven people infected with hepatitis C.  The clinic’s owner has been found incompetent to stand trial.
