The latest marijuana raids by Metro Police led to the arrest of two people and the seizure of 40 pounds of pot. Armed with search warrants, authorities raided Premium Remedies on South Maryland Parkway on Thursday afternoon, which they claim was a storefront used to sell drugs. The store’s manager and an employee were arrested on drug-related charges. Police also served search warrants at an alleged grow house in the southwest valley and a condo at Henderson’s MacDonald Ranch. They seized marijuana with a street value of 100-thousand dollars, along with cocaine, hallucinogenic mushrooms and large amounts of cash.
