Arrest For Security Checkpoint Strip
A Virginia man is in trouble with the law after stripping down to his underwear at an airport in protest of the new security screening procedures. Aaron Tobey of Charlottesville was arrested at Richmond International Airport recently after he was seen in the middle of the day at a security checkpoint in just his underwear with the Fourth Amendment written on his chest with a marker. The amendment protects Americans against unreasonable search and seizure but his demonstration landed him behind bars. The 21-year-old will have to answer to a judge during next week in Henrico County General District Court when he appears on disorderly conduct charges.
