Amazon and Netflix share the number one spot for consumer satisfaction this holiday shopping season.
An annual survey by research firm ForeSee Results asked shoppers to rate their experiences at 40 of the largest online retailers over the last two months. Consumers rated Amazon and Netflix the highest for the sixth year in a row. Both companies received a score of 86 from shoppers, which roughly translates to a “B.” Walmart.com followed closely behind with a score of 80. On the other end of the scoreboard, JCPenney, Macy’s and Sears all earned some of the lower scores from consumers this year.
