The Boise State Broncos and Utah Utes arrive in town this weekend for the MAACO Las Vegas Bowl. There are several special events and activities taking place leading up to the game on Wednesday evening at Sam Boyd Stadium. On Sunday, players will attend a special welcome reception at the Hard Rock Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, then take in the Cirque du Soleil “Mystere” show at the Treasure Island. On Monday, players from both teams will greet young people at the Sunrise Children’s Hospital and the Summerlin Hospital Children’s Medical Center. Monday night is the Outback Beef Bowl, with the teams enjoying a feast under the Fremont Street Experience. On Tuesday night, the teams will again gather on Fremont Street for pep rallies.
