An electrical short in some holiday lights has been blamed for a mobile home fire in the southeast valley.
Clark County firefighters were called out to the Maycliff Mobile Home Park on East Wyoming Avenue, near Sahara Avenue and U.S. 95, just after 1:00 Thursday afternoon. No one was hurt, but the fire caused about 30-thousand dollars worth of damage to the mobile home. It’s believed to be the first Christmas tree-related fire in Clark County this holiday season. The local Red Cross is helping the two mobile home residents.
