A ruling could come today in Virginia’s lawsuit over the federal health care law.
That’s according to the “Washington Post.” Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli brought the action, challenging the requirement that everyone have health insurance by 2014 or pay a fine. Virginia passed a law making such a mandate illegal. Two federal judges have so far upheld the Affordable Health Care Act. A U.S. District Court Judge in Richmond is expected to file his ruling by midday today.
