The new owners of the former Ritz-Carlton hotel at Lake Las Vegas will begin hiring as many as 125 people.
Dolce Hotels and Resorts, which has leased the non-gaming hotel, says former Ritz-Carlton employees will get preferential treatment for food and beverage positions, hotel operations, marketing, finance and security. The resort is expected to reopen early next year with a new name. You can apply for one of the jobs at www.dolce.com.
