Pop music heavyweights Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga are each approaching the one-billion mark of all-time YouTube views.
According to Billboard.com, if the current pace keeps up for each star, Gaga would hit the milestone around October 20th and Bieber would hit the mark around November 1st. Last month, the “Bad Romance” singer averaged one-point-eight-million views per day on the video-sharing website. The 16-year-old pop sensation averaged three-point-seven million daily views on YouTube. The late Michael Jackson is third on the list of all-time YouTube views with 600-million hits.
While Gaga will likely hit the one-billion mark before Bieber does, the young Canadian singer has the most-watched YouTube video of all-time. His “Baby” video has been viewed 345-million times. Right behind that is Gaga’s “Bad Romance” at number two with 288-million views.
