Big brother Peyton Manning did everything but deliver an atomic wedgie to little brother Eli as the Colts crushed the Giants 38-14 on “Sunday Night Football” in Indianapolis. Peyton completed 20-of-26 passes for 255 yards and three touchdowns, including a 50-yard scoring strike to Dallas Clark, as the Colts bounced back from a Week One loss at Houston with a convincing victory. Joseph Addai added 20 carries for 92 yards on the ground for Indy, which raced out to a 24-0 lead at the half and cruised from there. Reggie Wayne had seven catches for 96 yards and a TD. Eli Manning was 13-of-24 for 161 yards and two touchdowns for New York, but was hounded relentlessly by the Colts’ pass rush, particularly ends Robert Mathis and Dwight Freeney. Elis was intercepted once and lost two fumbles on sacks, one of which was recovered for an Indianapolis touchdown. After the game, Peyton Manning said he told his brother he loved him, and added he will be rooting for Eli and the Giants next week against the Colts’ divisional rival Tennessee Titans.
