harry reid Harry Reid: "I had nothing to do with" bad economy

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, facing a tough re-election bid in one of the states hardest hit by the recession, said today that the economic downturn was not his fault.

“I had nothing to do with the massive foreclosures here,” Reid said during an appearance on the ABC News/Washington Post “Top Line” program, adding that he also had no part in contributing to the state’s dismal unemployment figures.

The Bills you push through did not help the economy the job market. or the foreclosuresI hope you don’t win

  2. Eddie says:

This man has to go come November. He is a puppet for big government and Obama. He has lost touch with reality.

  3. concerned citizen says:

He certainly had nothingto do with a good Nevada economy. His support of the Chris Dodd and Barney Frank bill which forced social justice on lenders is all the help that snowball needed. His support and authoring of massive spending bills and the healthcare bill didn’t help either. He is a clown and he needs to be voted out of the 3 ring circus.

  4. Dan says:

    Right Harry, wink wink.
